We'll be doing BCA #8ball but with a shot clock. Each team will get ~4 minutes on their timer and can only talk to each other while they have time remaining. Your timer will only count down during your turn, so keep it quick early so that you have some time to discuss strategy later on. Your time is in your own hands!
