You then send/accept a challenge and play your game on a real pool table, then report win/loss. The site will automatically update your ratings and give badges and such.
You are supposed to play on a real pool table against people in real life. You both have to be members of the site (you can have your friends sign up on the spot with a txt msg. See the Help page for details.)
