Using the Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Nomad related to your account and tournament participation, including verification codes, match alerts, and event invitations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Tournaments and Funds

Nomad provides tools to help organizers run tournaments, track entries, and record prize fund payouts. Nomad does not process payments or hold funds on behalf of organizers or players. Any prize money, entry fees, or payouts are handled directly between organizers, venues, and players, and Nomad is not responsible for disputes arising from them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Submit false tournament, match, or player information

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
